These popular online classes will be continuing into 2022 with a mixture of discussion and mindfulness meditation.
In June we will take some aspect of Buddhist philosophy and have a short teaching before a meditation.
There is an opportunity to share and ask questions at the end.
You are most welcome to come along!
Dates in June
How to join:
I am running in house meditation sessions in conjunction with The Isbourne in Cheltenham. You can also join these classes online as they will be streamed live.
These classes are an hour in duration and everyone is invited to sit on comfortable chairs, to watch the breath and feel into the body.
You will leave feeling refreshed and calm and also with lots of tips on how to develop your own practice at home too.
In house and Online sessions
For complete beginners and those with a some experience, these classes will help guide you through the joy of a regular meditation practice and any challenges you may face.
There are normally two meditations during the hour - a shorter settling meditation and then a longer meditation which allows for a deeper experience and the opportunity for reflection and insights.
The meditations run concurrently with noble silence in between and there is an opportunity to share thoughts and ask questions at the end if you wish.
A wonderful opportunity to enjoy the energy of sitting with like-minded and like hearted people.
