Hello - with the continuing challenges and difficulties we are facing right now, it's important to take care of our mental health and wellbeing.
To that end I will be offering virtual classes through Zoom where we can meet regularly and meditate, feeling part of a like-hearted community who are all struggling with what's unfolding and trying to make sense of the new normal

As we gently ease ourselves out of lockdown and into a strange new world of social distancing and continuous vigilance, you might like to open up into a bigger space than the computer screen for your meditation sessions.
The Isbourne has carefully opened their doors to welcome you in with some classes and lots of measures in place to make your feel welcome and safe.
As a wellbeing and educational establishment they are allowed to open their doors and follow Covid 19 safety measures.
New Year classes start from the beginning of January both in person and on line. It is limited to 11 spaces and will follow the familiar pattern of a short talk and introduction and two meditations.
All meditations are guided and you can sit on chairs or the floor if you wish. Unfortunately cushions can no longer be provided due to Covid restrictions. Please also bring a shawl or blanket for warmth.
The meditations run concurrently with noble silence in between and there is an opportunity to share thoughts and ask questions at the end if you wish.
A wonderful opportunity to enjoy the energy of sitting with like-minded and like hearted people.
