These classes are an hour in duration and everyone is invited to sit on comfortable chairs, to watch the breath and feel into the body.

You will leave feeling refreshed and calm and also with lots of tips on how to develop your own practice at home too.

  • Please click here to book your place for the online session.

For complete beginners and those with a some experience, these classes will help guide you through the joy of a regular meditation practice and any challenges you may face.
There are normally two meditations during the hour - a shorter settling meditation and then a longer meditation which allows for a deeper experience and the opportunity for reflection and insights.

The meditations run concurrently with noble silence in between and there is an opportunity to share thoughts and ask questions at the end if you wish.

A wonderful opportunity to enjoy the energy of sitting with like-minded and like hearted people.
