New Year Reflections
2nd January 2022

An invitation to reflect  on the old year and to relax and welcome the new.

After the mad rush of Christmas wouldn't it be lovely to take a few hours to relax and reflect on what the ending of the old year and beginning of the New Year means to you?

What do you need to let go of?
What do you want to open up to in 2022?
What's holding you back and what do you need to unfold to let you thrive?

This gentle morning and lunch time session gives you the opportunity to take time and reflect.
The first hour is given over to a calming mindfulness practice - allowing body and mind to settle before exploring what you need to let go of and what you need to grow. There will be an opportunity for journalling too.

Before lunch there will be a 45 minute Sound Bath by Simon and Jo Fellows of Prana Sanctuary, which will allow you to fully relax and allow the mornings reflections to really become embodied.
The perfect way to relax and recharge. The vibrating tones of Tibetan and Crystal singing bowls, and other therapeutic instruments, help break through the mental and physical blocks of mind, body and spirit to promote a deep sense of relaxation, well-being and inner peace.
A simple lunch  of homemade lentil soup and roll followed by fruit completes your morning with an opportunity to reflect and share before the closing meditation.

It's what your wise self has been crying out for!
