Mindfulness to Support Bereavement  - drop in sessions

Mindfulness to Support Bereavement - drop in sessions

As part of the Isbourne's Outreach programme I am facilitating a 6 week mindfulness meditation drop in hour, for those who are experiencing bereavement.

These sessions will enable people to share how they are feeling as they navigate their journey through grief with like minded people.
There will be an opportunity for us all to sit and enjoy a guided meditation at the end and to explore some of the benefits of adding a formal and informal mindfulness practice into our lives.

You do not have to attend all the sessions, come when you can and enjoy the comfort of a supportive community with a relaxing meditation.

Who is this course for?
This course is not suitable for people who have very recently been bereaved. It can be challenging to sit and meditate when the mind is in complete turmoil.
It is suitable for people who have been bereaved for around 6 months or more and who would welcome sitting with others in a supportive environment and to share their journey and meditate.

What are the dates of the sessions?
Tuesday 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th May, 6th, 13th June
6.30pm - 7.30pm
They are offered on a free/donations basis.
If these sessions are popular, we will look to add more 6 week blocks throughout the year.

If you are interested or know someone who might be please click here for further information and details on how to book on via the Isbourne.
