For all your mindfulness and meditation needs in the Cheltenham and Gloucestershire region
Mindfulness and Meditation is fast becoming the healthy and manageable way to combat many of the stresses and strains of everyday life. Many people today complain of being stressed out by work and difficult relationships. They are over anxious, lacking in vibrancy and often over whelmed by the challenges of life.
The ancient discipline of Meditation and Mindfulness practice has shown to have a remarkable effect in reducing stress; opening us up to joy and wisdom and improving our relationship with ourselves and others. Health practitioners are turning to Meditation and Mindfulness practice instead of the usual dependency on drugs to reduce stress and anxiety.
A daily practice, building up to 20 minutes of meditation a day, for 8 weeks will make a significant difference. And the great thing is, with a little guidance and support, anyone can do it.
I offer a range of different meditation experiences in and around the Cheltenham area, from weekly classes, monthly sessions, day and weekend retreats or simple one to ones. There is bound to be something to suit you.
Please take the time to browse this site and decide for yourself if meditation and mindfulness is for you.
There are regular classes you can attend in Cheltenham, courses, one off workshops and
one to one sessions if you prefer.
I also offer classes via Zoom.
Something to suit all tastes and needs.

Did you know...
I recently ran a Community Wellbeing Course for the Isbourne on Mindfulness Meditation to Support Bereavement.
It was very successful with many of the participants coming to the Sunday sessions at Toddington and the summer retreat at the Yurt in Charfield.
I also run a monthly support group for those people who have been bereaved which is free/donations .
If you'd like to pop along and feel supported and heard and also experience a calming meditation then please click here for more details.
I'm also planning a one day retreat at Holland House in Worcestershire based on the course I ran, so if you are interested please do contact me
"Kathryn has been a kind and gentle guide during my discovery of meditation. You can do a lot of work by yourself, using books and CDs, but it is so helpful to have someone to refer to, who can answer questions and give guidance. Best of all, she knows that ‘stuff happens’ and is always supportive and understanding." Kate
